Jeremiah Heaton - President

Jeremiah is a serial entrepreneur and advocate for industrial, commercial and environmental safety. He holds multiple United States Patents and has developed life saving technologies for the industrial and transportation sectors. Jeremiah earned a Bachelors of Science in Social Policy from Longwood University and MBA from Western Governors University.

Sawsan Gad

Sawsan Gad is a Geospatial Data Scientist with nine years of experience in sectors of Development Data, Disaster Risk Management (DRM), and Monitoring and Supervision for Fragile and Post-conflict Countries at the World Bank Group, UNDP, and the Egyptian Ministry of State for Administrative Development. She is also a co-founder of HarassMap.org, an online platform for combatting sexual harassment. Her project was featured in the UNESCO 2020 Best Apps Created by Women for Women. Sawsan holds an M.A. in Demographic and Social Analysis from the University of California, Irvine (2008), and is a current Ph.D. student of Earth Systems and Geoinformation Science at George Mason University.

Dr. Brian Dempsey

Dr. Brian Dempsey, born in Brooklyn NY, has an extensive career in the aviation industry, specifically focused on safety, training and operational efficiency. A graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2001, he has flown for the airlines and held management positions within 2 FAA-certified charter operations. In 2004 he acquired a Part 135 air charter operation and later sold it to a Florida municipality. From 2006 to 2008 Mr. Dempsey was an Air Traffic Controller for the world's busiest ATC Facility Atlanta reroute center. In 2008 he and the business partner in the Part 135 operation started a successful charter brokerage company that specialized in flights from Florida to the Bahamas. Since 2008 he has been employed as an instructor for a part 142 certified training facility. Mr. Dempsey is a certified airline transport pilot, and FAA certified Training Center evaluator conducting FAA testing events.

Mr. Dempsey earned his masters in psychology in 2016 with his thesis on the decision making capabilities and risk tendency of pilots based on age when becoming originally certified. Currently, he is working towards his PhD in psychology with a planned dissertation on choice architecture solutions to reduce pilot error, and the use of automated systems to further mitigate risk.

Mr. Dempsey brings his more than 20 years experience in transportation training and safety to the team. His focus is on the integration of automated systems to reduce risk, and operational planning to maximize efficiency.
